Ben Gurion airport terminal 1 has multiple water fountains by every toilet for drinking from or filling up water.

They are next to the toilets which are by the bank hapoalim currency exchange and next to the “touch” electronic shop.

Ben Gurion Airport terminal 3 has drinking water fountains next to every toilet room.

In Ben Gurion Airport, you can also pass water bottles through security in the carryon luggage. So its possible to bring a water bottle from home and board the plane with it.
On direct flights to US at the gate there is additional check and they will ask you not to board the pane with any liquids.
