      Hello,

I went through Terminal 3 TXL this month (aug’19) and there was no water fountains there that I was able to see, I was considering emailing/enquiring about this with the airport, but don’t really know the best platform for this.

As above I had to buy water (for 3.50Euro!), and almost amusingly the tax of 25c to encourage people to recycle the bottles is still applied, so therefore 3.75, when ofcourse I shall no opportunity to recycle this bottle using the scheme as I am in an airport.

for a city which seems very aware of recycling and plastic, the fact there was no water fountains are the airport I thought was rather ridiculous.

      Thanks!

      Steph

In Terminal C you can fill a water bottle from the toilets situated in the TXL Garden. The taps have a hot and cold feature

No fountains still. You can get cartons of water in duty free for 1 euro (no pfand). Which is at least far cheaper than the 3.50 + 25c in the vending machines.

Well. Tegel is a bit of a disappointment.

There were no obvious means of filling a water bottle in Terminal C.

I ended up buying a bottle of water.

            Regards.

            Ben D.
