At Ankara Esenboğa Airport there is a water dispenser at Gate 120 behind the masjid, but it is not working.
There is also a vending machine at Gate 115 where you can buy water cheaper than the cafe they tell you about.

There is one potable water fountain in the domestic arrivals terminal, near the luggage claim. It is working fine. You can either drink water direcly from the fountain or fill up your bottles.
