No designated water refill station here at terminal 1, BUT you can go to the Starbucks stall and ask to refill your water bottle, this has always worked for me.

I was also allowed to take my water bottle (filled) through all security checks fine – of course, bear in mind this may not always be the case.

At June 2023 a tourist information website says that there are no water fountains at Antalya airport. There is also a suggestion that the final check for fluids is at the gate
