There is a water fountain next to Gate 1, at the east end of Level 1 of the departures area.

27 July 2023 Found it, and it is working.

However worth noting that Gate 1 is through passport control and in the non-Schengen departure lounge, so not accessible to all travellers

This no longer seems to be accessible due to building works in the international departures area after security.

Working water fountain on the left side eight after going through security and before entering duty free store.

Could not find the water fountain mentioned in front of gate 12s toilets

There is a fountain immediately after security on left just before you enter duty free shop, no longer one at gate 12 toilet.

Confirming that there is a working water fountain (also for filling bottles) right after security control on the left, and before entering the duty free area.

Yes there is only one water font in Dubrovnik airport at departure gate 1 area which is only accessible to people flying non schenen country.

Is there any possibility that they might put another water font in a section of the airport that is accessible to everyone ?.
