There is a water fountain next to Gate 1, at the east end of Level 1 of the departures area.

27 July 2023 Found it, and it is working.

However worth noting that Gate 1 is through passport control and in the non-Schengen departure lounge, so not accessible to all travellers

This no longer seems to be accessible due to building works in the international departures area after security.

Yes there is only one water font in Dubrovnik airport at departure gate 1 area which is only accessible to people flying non schenen country.

Is there any possibility that they might put another water font in a section of the airport that is accessible to everyone ?.
