Hi,

The cafe after security in the newly opened Split Airport terminal will fill water bottles for you.

I enquired today at Split airport and I was informed that the tap water in the toilets is drinking water and can be used to refill your water bottle,

Cafe will not fill up water bottle. we were told to fill them up in the bathroom.
Other post say there are not hot and cold taps, however there is a small handle on the right side of the automatic taps to choose cold water. Tap water seems fine, similar to a lot of Croatian tapwater.

They should install water fountains…

I asked Split airport if there were drinking water fountains / bottle filling stations in your departure lounges, the reply from their information people was

Asked today (21 Aug 2023). No water fountain. Cafe staff refused to fill bottle (even though we bought coffees and snacks). Said we could try another cafe!

Cynical.

Taps in toilets are automatic and you cannot choose to run cold water. Bottle of water in cafe costs €3.75.
